“THIS WAS THE BEST VBS WE’VE EVER HAD” is the common response that we hear after every VBS we do. Let us take the work out of VBS for you this year. Every church plans their VBS a little differently but the one thing they all have in common is the desire to see children’s lives changed by the Word of God.

We are here to help you plan as little or as much as you need. We have several different formats and will always work with your goals. We provide event planning, resource options and just plain great ideas to help make your next VBS the best ever.

Since Cordova Creative shares the gospel with all Christian denominations, we always submit to the preference of the Pastor or Leadership in regard to doctrine. We teach fundamental scriptural concepts of Christianity but can and will present additional subjects like tithing or baptism for example if the church leadership desires that. We are here to be a blessing and serve so we discuss these issues in detail before we arrive. We work with the personality of your church and community.

Gene’s standard range for a VBS is $1500 to $3000 depending on the length and number of programs, plus travel expenses which will either be mileage @ .40 per mile or round trip airfare, hotel accommodations for Mr. and Mrs. Cordova and a meal allowance of $40 per day.

To help with budget restrictions the Cordova’s are happy to stay with a host family and have meals with church families or meals that are planned for the event. We can also give you dates that the airfare/ travel expenses would be significantly reduced or even free because we are already scheduled in your area.

We understand that not every church can afford our standard range; so we offer a discount for churches that qualify.

How do you know if you qualify? If you are certain that your church would NOT be able to host a VBS within our standard range, then you automatically qualify. (A church that is able to pay a national ministry $1500 to $3000 or more would not qualify, as they would feel comfortable paying full price.)

Since we are first and foremost a ministry, we always do our best to accommodate church budgets as best we can. When a church is able to pass our promotional materials along to other churches in their area and we can schedule multiple programs, it enables us to reduce our expenses and enjoy as many ministry opportunities as possible.
