We have launched a brand new web site designed to handle the growing demand of our puppet sales. This new site will feature pictures of puppets that Gene has or will build and ordering specifics. It will also offer stream-lined information to assist community and corporate event organizers bring Gene to their events. Here is a sneak peak.

We will host both web sites in an effort to keep things easy to use and uncluttered.

International Festival of Christian Puppetry Ventriloquism

Gene has been invited to perform, teach and judge festival competitions this year in Bourbonnais, IL (near Chicago). He has been building an inventory of wonderful puppet characters to take to the festival. Here are just a few.

Gene has been enjoying the creative endeavor and looks forward to meeting new people from all around the world at this yearís festival along with re-connecting with friends.

Oshkosh By Gosh

Camporee 2009 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin was an amazing experience. There were 40,000 people in attendance from around the world coming together to celebrate Jesus Christ. Gene performed 6 programs per day for a week and we experienced amazing theatrical productions and special activities as the story of Queen Ester was brought to life.
Andy Holmes recommended Gene to the planning committee and thatís how the invitation came our way. We had a blast hanging out with Andy and running a product sales booth. We had lots of fun stuff for the kids.
This was a really different experience for us and we were so pleased with the way we accomplished new goals...the booth looked awesome!

Family,Friends and Travel

We had the privilege of having Mom Cordova (who just turned 87) visit with us for 9 months and the joy of sharing family life with 4 generations. Here are a few recent pictures.

Gene, Fawn, Tyler, Endi, Amanda, Shirley (Gene's sister) and Mom Cordova.

Endi's 2nd Birthday

Valentines Day with E-ma
Tyler's birthday is on the 4th of July and Franklin was having another great festival so Endi got her first pony ride...she pretty much just clung to Papa and was glad when it was over.
Gene painted faces on Halloween at the Pumpkin Festival in Franklin, TN where our son Tyler lives with his family. Later that evening Papa painted his favorite little face and we went trick-or-treating the old fashioned sweet way. The whole town puts the most amazing "safe" celebration together for the kids...it was a blast!

Lots of Face Painting and Festivals

We have been enjoying a lot of different festivals around the state this past year or so...well I've been enjoying myself and Gene has been busy face painting.Gene has also been invited to participate in several big local events like The News Year's Eve celebration down town Knoxville.
Endi stayed at our house for a whole week while her Mom and Dad prepared to launch their own business venture. We had so much fun...lots of watermelon on the patio, firefly watching and of course, Milo right in the middle of everything!
